Return Policy
Products purchased on intermall.am can be returned within 14 days of purchase by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Please carefully read our return policy to understand the conditions in detail.
The buyer has the right to return a product if:
- The purchased product has technical issues, is of poor quality, or is damaged.
- The ordered product does not match the description on the website.
- The buyer has changed their mind about the purchase.
Return Procedure
- The buyer can return the product if its integrity and packaging are preserved.
- The product cannot be returned if it has been used or damaged by the buyer.
- Items related to food or hygiene, as well as products defined by law, are non-returnable.
- Returns are processed through the Service Center, which conducts a preliminary diagnostic.
Additional Information
After receiving the product, return shipping services are paid by the buyer.
Order Cancellation Notice
This notice informs that the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Store") has the right to unilaterally cancel your order under various circumstances.
The store has the right to cancel the order in the following cases (but not limited to):
- Unavailability of products or services. If the product or service ordered becomes unavailable for any reason, including changes in supplies, legislation, or technical failures.
- Violation of order terms. If the buyer violates the order terms, including but not limited to incorrect delivery or payment information.
- Force majeure circumstances. In case of natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill obligations.
- Store’s decision. The store reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion if necessary to protect its interests or due to other obstructive circumstances.
The buyer agrees that the store is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the buyer or third parties as a result of order cancellation under this notice.
